About Our Company:
Lesson PlanIt Software, Inc. was founded in 1998 by James P. Halphen and Heath Curtis Provost. James was a middle school teacher at Carencro Middle School in Carencro, LA. Heath was a newtwork analyst for a local oil field company. Together, they developed Lesson PlanIt in order to help teachers corelate their lessons to state mandated standards and benchmarks.

Lesson PlanIt Software was first published on October 15, 1998 and registered with the United States Copyright Office on March 08, 1999. The U.S. Copyright Registration Number is: TX-4-960-000.
Lesson PlanIt's original version, Version 1.0, was shareware software for educators. Since its first release, we have listened to our teachers and have made numerous changes to the software. In order to keep up with the requests of our users, we are no longer able to offer the software for free. Teachers can download the software and demo it for 30 days. Afterwards, a special registration code will be required to continue using the software. Please email us any requests or suggestions.
